Dragonwell (Longjing) - Green Tea

Firsd Tea’s Dragonwell has a very distinctive shape: smooth and flattened along the inside vein of the leaf. The shape is the result of  highly skilled shaping in a hot wok. This process, known as pan-firing, was perfected in China by tea masters over many centuries. It gives the tea an inviting, toasty aroma. Green teas like dragonwell have mild caffeine levels and contain antioxidant polyphenols and l-theanine amino acids.
