Organic Tie Kuan Yin oolong can be processed to varying degrees of oxidation and roasting, but Firsd Tea's organic tie kuan yin is considered a medium roast wulong. Tie Kuan Yin oolong is known for soft floral aromas, woody/roasted notes, a silken texture and light caramel sweetness. 

Oolong teas like Organic Tie Kuan Yin have mild caffeine levels and contain antioxidant polyphenols and l-theanine amino acids.
