NCG002 Young Hyson
Young Hyson is a fired green tea originally produced in Anhui, Jiangxi, and Zhejiang provinces, although other countries may now produce hyson-style teas. Young hyson is considered superior to other grades of hyson as it is harvested earlier in the season and therefore produced from a better flush of leaf. It is known for its slightly curved, greyish green leaves.

The liquor color comes out as a bright yellow. The taste of the tea should have a clean aroma with fresh and brisk character.
