2021 Sustainability Report

Firsd Tea North America is pleased to release our 2021 Sustainability Report

In conjunction with our parent company, Zhejiang Tea Group (ZJT), our work promotes sustainable development from farmers to consumers, including:

• economic and community development for rural farmers
• environmental protection of land and water resources
• reductions in pesticide applications, and increased use of personal protection equipment (PPE) for farmers

Of particular note this year:

• Further developments of the 15 million tea plants donated to support new farms in poverty-stricken areas, including local processing facilities
• Studies to advance environmentally-friendly pest traps and reduction of pesticide application
