Pondaseta Brewing released A Whole New World to positive reviews, with feedback resonating around the satisfying combination of floral jasmine and fruity melon.
The elements of this beer include:
IPA. IPAs can be pretty bold, sometimes too bold in their bitterness levels to allow other characteristics to stand out. But not in this case. A Whole New World specifically includes American pilsner malt, flaked oats and wheat.
HOPS. Yes hops come pretty standard with an IPA, but this one includes El Dorado, Idaho 7, Cashmere, and Hull Melon. The melon is noteworthy as it pairs well with the jasmine green tea.
